The interior design features a natural palette of colors, combined with limited highlight elements. The use of sand, elegant folds, layering, and flowing fabrics, along with bespoke stitching and a combination of linearity and curvature, creates a space that exudes comfort, warmth, and convenience for guests. Each stay at the Burlington Hotel promises to be a unique and unforgettable experience.

What sets the Burlington Hotel apart from others is its incorporation of natural elements in a creative and contemporary manner. The concept of "sand" is woven throughout the design, creating a true mélange of natural and hospitality elements. This unique approach establishes an environment of comfort and calm, allowing guests to escape the city's hot hustle and bustle right on their doorstep.

The realization of the Burlington Hotel's design is a result of careful craftsmanship and the use of high-quality materials. Dark and light colors of wood veneer are used in most areas, creating a sense of simplicity and elegance. The emphasis on external views and the quality of light, along with the addition of bronze stainless steel highlights and pop-up fabric finishes, contribute to the creation of relaxing and comfortable areas and guestrooms.

The Burlington Hotel offers 175 guestrooms spread across twenty-eight floors, featuring a varied mix of studios, twins, and double bedrooms ranging from 9 to 12 square meters. The lobby and reception lounge are located on the ground floors, welcoming guests with a stylish and inviting atmosphere.

Designing the Burlington Hotel came with its fair share of challenges. The concept of using the natural elements of sand required careful planning and execution, especially in the public areas. The incorporation of pop-up fabrics and fabric-wrapped and stitched furniture was designed to maximize space and natural light within the compact 10 square meter rooms, resulting in a comfortable and harmonious blend of design elements.
